Q: Is the waiting area indoors or outdoors?

A: Outdoors and indoors. Please be prepared in case of bad weather conditions.

Q: I have a 10 year old child, is this haunted house appropriate for him?

A: Not recommended. However, we will allow any age child at the discretion

of the parent or guardian.

Q: Will my kid get scared?

A: This is a very common question and the most impossible for us to answer.

It really depends on the child. We've found that some children get very scared

while some don't at all.

Q: I'm going to bring my child, what happens if they get too scared?

A: If the child (or adult) gets too scared, we will stop and escort

you to the nearest exit.

Q: If we exit half way because my child is too scared, can we get some money back?

A: No, all ticket sales are final.

Q: Is this event wheelchair accessible?

A: No, we are not set up for it at this time.

Q: Do you have strobe lights, loud noises, or fog and is there any heath concern?

A: Yes, we do have strobe lights, very loud noises and fog machines. These items have been known to cause epileptic seizures.

Q: Are there refreshments available?

A: Food and drinks along with other concessions.

Q: It says you close at Midnight. What happens if we are in line when you close?

A: Ticket booth close at Midnight. Everyone who has a ticket will get in.

Q: Will the monsters touch us?

A: Only if you don’t behave while going through the haunted house… then they will tear off your arm or leg, which ever is closer to them.
